Breakfast Omelette


2-3 eggs
Splash of Milk
Toppings (suggestions below)


  1. Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl
  2. Over medium heat, melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a small frying pan
  3. Add egg mixture and cook till eggs are almost set
  4. Add your inside ingredients (suggestions below)
  5. Fold omelet over and top with scallions or cheese
  • Optional toppings: Cheese, sausage, bacon, ham, spinach, chopped tomatoes, scallions, peppers
  • Optional: Serve with sourdough toast or a side of arugula
